Urban Chic Micro-Wedding at CLE Urban Winery

We have partnered with Epic Elopements to offer a casual, funky, flexible, and affordable micro-wedding package at the winery. It’s perfect for the non-traditional couple looking to put a little fun & life into your wedding day. This package includes:

  • Sunday through Thursday bookings only
  • Officiant and legalization of your marriage
  • 4-hour rental of the winery including all tables, chairs, couches
  • Full bar (wine, beer, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages) with dedicated bartender and bar credit of $1000
  • Two hours of professional photography
  • Guests up to 50
  • Bridal bouquet and boutonniere (styled to your preference)
  • Wedding Cake for up to 50 guests
  • Ceremony music and playlist coordination
  • All the planning, organization, vendor handing and set up by Epic Elopements
  • Catering and food options can be added for an additional fee*

*For your convenience, the winery can provide the following catering service upon request:

Cheese and Charcuterie Grazing Table: $20 per person + tax (includes cheeses, meats, veggies/fruit, spreads, olives, nuts, crackers)

Catering orders must be placed no less than one week before the event date. Price includes disposable plates, napkins, and utensils. Winery-provided catering will be booked directly with and paid to the winery. A 50% deposit is required when the order is placed, and the balance is due at the conclusion of the event.

Other food options can be coordinated through Epic Elopements.

 

"Sip and Sign" Simple Wedding Ceremony/Vow Renewal

This offering is perfect for couples who want a simple and inexpensive wedding ceremony or vow renewal at a super fun and funky place – the winery! To provide this service, we have partnered with Ronda Armstrong, an experienced and sought-after wedding officiant for civil, spiritual, interfaith/intercultural, religious, creative, and destination ceremonies. Officiant services will be negotiated/booked with and paid directly to Ronda Armstrong.

Ceremonies can be booked on Sundays only at the winery as a private event for up to 50 people with a 2-hour Facility Rental Fee of $250. Up to two more hours can be added for an additional $125/hour. Facility Rental Fee is paid when the reservation is confirmed and is non-refundable (date can be rescheduled). A dedicated winery staff member will be provided to support your ceremony and to man an optional cash bar before and/or after the ceremony (wine, beer, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages) upon request. You can bring in simple decorations and a cake or other food for your guests, but all beverages must be purchased through the bar.

Price: $250 for 2-hour facility rental plus officiant fee
