Drawbridge Pinot Noir
Cleveland has a variety of beautiful and practical moveable bridge structures along the two-and-a-half mile navigation channel of the Cuyahoga River in the heart of the city. River vessels have right-of-way and can signal from the water to open these bridges, which, although utilitarian and industrial, inspire in many the same kind of adoration as a cathedral. Our Pinot Noir, with medium body and acidity, mellow tannins, and aromas and flavors of black cherry and berries, honors Cleveland’s river bridges as we wait to hear the one long whistle and two short ones from the water to bring them to life.
