CLE Urban Winery is the perfect venue to host your party or special event! Whether you are celebrating a special milestone with family and friends, holding a community gathering or meeting, or looking for a unique place for corporate and networking events — let us be your host! There is no cost to use our winery space for your party or event – reservations will be take on a first-come, first-served basis in our “community space” winery. We have three options to choose from, depending on the number of guests attending. Our warm atmosphere, fun attitude and great wines create a unique, memorable environment for your celebration!

Our Party and Event Spaces

  • For 10 people or less, reserve our U-Dub U Lounge — our U-shaped sectional seating and conversation area. The U-Lounge can be reserved any day of the week.
  • For groups up to 35-50 people, reserve our event area at the winery any Monday through Thursday night, which can be configured in any way you wish.
  • To host 70+ people, you can reserve the entire winery. This can usually only be accommodated most easily on a Monday through Thursday unless special arrangements are made for a Sunday private event.

What can you do at your Winery Party?

  • Bottle your own wine!
    • If you want your guests to leave the party with a bottle of wine as a party favor, we can make batches of the wine in advance and you have a bottling party
    • About 4 weeks prior to the party, you will work with our graphic artist to create your own custom label
    • You and your guests bottle, cork and label your wine
  • Bottle and Glass Service
    • You and your guests can purchase bottles and glasses of your favorite wines to enjoy at your celebration!
    • We can also arrange a private wine tasting for small groups with advance notice.

You can bring your own food (and non-alcoholic beverages) or have it catered from your favorite restaurant. We have a large screen and a projector that can be used for slide shows and presentations.
